How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches out to Personcover Tree Service to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You may contact us about:

  • Your experience when calling or contacting Personcover Tree Service
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we linked you with

If the Issue Is with a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own quotes, prices, work, and customer service. If tree work at your property went badly, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Please know that Personcover Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email us at contact@personcover.property and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what you would like us to do

After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
